Our store only allows purchases from business users. To buy in our store, you only need to register your company using the "Register your Company" registration form and our team will validate your user within a few hours. After that, your company will be validated and you will be able to buy from your account and user whenever you want.

We do not require a minimum purchase limit, you can buy 1 unit of each product if you wish, we also supply retail.
Our company is prepared to act as a supplier and supply a large number of products and models.
However, due to manufacturers' requirements, some models have a purchase limit of 2 units maximum per model and user. This limit will be renewed every 7 days and you will be able to purchase the desired products again.

All our products are shipped from Europe, using standard international shipping and with shipping insurance included.
The estimated delivery time is 12-15 working days.
All our products are new and are shipped factory sealed.
All shipments are certified, with tracking number, properly packaged and with a security seal.

Once your order is placed, our team begins processing your shipment in less than 6 hours from the purchase. During the first few days, your shipment will be in internal transit between our different warehouses.
At that stage, the tracking can only be tracked internally by us for the moment. Closer to the delivery date, when the shipment reaches its destination, the tracking and transport will be updated in your order and you will receive a message with the corresponding information.
From that moment on, you will be able to track your shipment and contact the transport company to coordinate the correct delivery.
Please do not contact us before the estimated delivery date and wait for our communications, since if there are any news about your shipment, you will be notified without having to contact us beforehand.
If after this date you have not received your order, do not hesitate to contact us again and we will review it.

All our shipments are insured against loss or damage. This means that if the shipment has been lost, once the loss of the shipment has been confirmed by the carrier, we will refund or replace your order free of charge.
In the event that the product has been damaged during transport, we will also replace or refund your order free of charge. To do so, it is mandatory that you report the damage within the first 24 hours of delivery and send the corresponding and requested evidence within this period.
All our packages are sent correctly packed and with security seals. For security reasons, always remember to check your package in front of the carrier, verifying that all security seals are intact and that the outer packaging does not appear to have been violated. If you have any doubts about this, you can open the outer packaging in front of the carrier to verify that the box with the corresponding product is fully sealed inside. If you detect any missing or manipulated content, report it and refuse receipt to the carrier.
If the product has any anomaly, defect, malfunction or other factory problem upon arrival, you may opt for a replacement directly with the manufacturer. To do so, you simply need to manage the incident directly with the manufacturer through the different support channels available on their respective websites.

In any case, the purchase/sale transaction will always be applicable only between our company and the company to which the registered and validated account corresponds.
This implies that our company will only issue invoices in the name of the registered company that makes the purchase.
Our company will not be responsible for collecting taxes or VAT from the final recipients of the shipment or third parties involved, it will be the responsibility of the client company that has made the purchase, to advise, collect and deposit the taxes corresponding to the country of its final customers.
Our company will not be responsible for accepting returns or attending to guarantees from other clients or third parties involved, it will be the responsibility of the client company that has made the purchase to assume these issues.
