Exceptions / non-returnable items
Since these are products purchased only by companies, which are considered to be purchased for professional use, the right of withdrawal is not applicable, therefore it is not possible to return products purchased in our store through a company.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The maximum period available to transport and insurance companies to report damage during transit is 24 hours from delivery. After this period, both transport and insurance companies determine that the damage may have been caused by the user.
Exchanges
If the customer receives a product that has a manufacturing defect or damage, it is the customer who must manage both the replacement of the product and the repair, locally with the manufacturer's technical service. The manufacturer will make its service available and will be the one who decides whether the product should be replaced or repaired. Our company does not intervene in this process, since this is a coverage offered by manufacturers locally in all countries of the European Union and can only be managed by the end customer.

Warranty
All products have a 1-year official warranty issued by the manufacturer. The customer must manage the warranty directly with the manufacturer through the different means of assistance provided by the manufacturer. To do so, the customer is subject to the warranty conditions set forth by each manufacturer in each case. Our company does not participate in this process.
Since these are products distributed exclusively to companies for commercial purposes or for subsequent marketing to third parties, it is the responsibility of the business customer to provide additional warranty periods to their potential end customers. Our company will not serve, nor be responsible for, extended warranty periods for third-party customers outside our store.
Shipping
All products in our store are shipped by our official suppliers from Europe, using standard international shipping and with shipping insurance included.
The estimated delivery time is 12-15 working days.
All products are new and are shipped factory sealed.
All shipments are certified, with tracking number, properly packaged and with a security seal.
In exceptional cases and transport problems, the maximum delivery time for orders shipped from the EU can be extended up to 30 days, and may be extended up to 45 days by the transport company to locate the shipment or declare it lost.
The transport company reserves the right to apply surcharges to the recipient for multiple delivery attempts, changes in the delivery address or if the address corresponds to a remote area.
