Hitech2Business is responsible for controlling the entire process, tracking shipments, and delivering them, ensuring 100% correct delivery and assuming any possible loss or damage during transport.

Thanks to the possibility of comprehensive cross-border security management, our company will oversee the various transit processes to ensure that all packages from suppliers are delivered to your end customers in perfect condition and without the security issues associated with long-distance shipments.

We implement security controls in the different warehouses where transporters temporarily store packages, performing a final security check in your customers' destination country prior to final delivery.

We collaborate with official dropshipping suppliers who have European stock and European products.


We manage the order and its traceability.
We require that the package be packaged in neutral, non-advertised cardboard boxes.

The prices we publish on your platform or marketplace will already include our company's profit margin, the shipping cost to your end customer's country, and the commission or profit percentage agreed upon with your company.

The prices we publish on your platform or marketplace will NOT include taxes or other tax rates that your customers must pay depending on the country where your platform or marketplace is located.

Therefore, it will be your responsibility to add the corresponding tax percentage to each product price published by our company, as well as collect and deposit the corresponding taxes for each order your end customer places on your platform or marketplace.

Our company does NOT collect any taxes for each order your customers place on your platform or marketplace, since our company is the one selling the product to your company, and you are in turn selling it to your end customers.

How does the billing process work?

Our company sells the products to your company; this is always a B2B transaction. Therefore, our company will regularly issue a product sales invoice to your company, according to the agreed payment terms.

Your company must regularly issue an invoice to our company for the profits or commissions corresponding to orders placed on your platform or marketplace during the agreed payment cycle. These profits or commissions will be deducted from the accumulated balance on your platform or marketplace prior to each payment you make to our company.

Your company must issue an invoice to your end customers for each order they place on your platform or marketplace.

Due to requirements established in our company's jurisdiction, at the end of each annual accounting cycle, our company will request a reconciliation of balance sheets and transactions between your company and ours. Your accounting department will need to review the balance sheets and sign the reconciliations if they agree with the statements made by our accountants.

What are the established payment methods and terms?

Because our product prices are set without considering payment processor fees, our company will regularly receive payments from your company only via bank transfer.

Our company accepts payment for orders generated through your platform or marketplace within a maximum of 30 days from the date the order is delivered to your end customer. This allows your company to defer payment for any order until your customer is fully satisfied with the purchase and does not need to return the product.

Our company will never receive payments from your end customers, nor will it issue refunds to them. All transactions our company conduct will be with your company on a B2B basis.

What are the delivery times and warranty terms?

When your end customer places an order on your platform or marketplace, our online support team will assist them and replicate the order to our official suppliers on the same day of purchase, within our established business hours and schedule.

Our suppliers will ship the products to your end customers or your warehouses within an estimated 10-15 days.

All products come with a one-year official warranty provided by the manufacturers who collaborate with our official suppliers.

Depending on the current regulations in your country, your company must provide your customers with the warranty starting after the first year. You can consult us for extended warranty options under our company's responsibility.

Our company will include an order note inside the package or online, allowing your end customers to access the warranty locally directly from the manufacturer during the first year of purchase.

How does the returns process work?

Our company is not obligated to accept returns from your end customers, as our company is conducting a B2B transaction directly with your company, and in this case, current regulations do not require the possibility of returns.

However, your company is obligated to accept returns from your end customers based on current European regulations.

To facilitate this process, our company will accept returns of products purchased by end customers on your platform or marketplace based on the regulations you are obligated to accept.

Your end customers or your company will be responsible for returning the products and assuming the return costs to our suppliers.

Our company does not have warehouses, accumulate products, distribute, or ship them directly. We are intermediaries who control the entire process between your end customers and our suppliers.

Are online management and support services from Hitech2Business operators included in the price?

Online management and support services from Hitech2Business operators are included in the specified product prices, provided your company achieves a minimum monthly transaction volume with our company, totaling €50,000 or its equivalent per month.

This service is designed for marketplaces or large platforms. If your company cannot achieve these turnover levels, you must use your own online operators or contact us for additional rates for using our operators.

Can your platform or marketplace customers learn about and purchase products directly from Hitech2Business?

Our official suppliers send all product packages without any information about their companies or ours. Plain packaging is always used, with anonymous sender information. This will ensure your customers are unaware of our involvement.

Our online support operators will never provide any contact information to your customers outside of your platform or marketplace and your order message area. They will never communicate with your customers via email or phone.

If your customers find our company online or for any other reason, they will also not be able to purchase products directly from us, as we only allow B2B purchases from companies with registered intra-EU VAT.

Your customers will always value the service as if it were provided by your own company.

Is there any permanence commitment, minimum contract or exclusivity for the services provided by Hitech2Business?

Definitely not. Your company may use our services for as long as it wishes and may terminate them at any time.

Your company is required to honor all outstanding payments for orders processed by our company.

Our company does not grant or require any exclusivity. Your platform or marketplace may collaborate with other companies and sellers that offer different or the same products, and our company may provide service to all platforms or marketplaces that require it in any country.
